Home Is 28,000 Square Feet of Luxury for Michael Jordan

Michael Jordan’s new manse is ginormous, but let’s get real, Is there any other type of mansion? Although the finishing touches are being sorted out, it appears that the 28,000-square-foot Jupiter, Florida space is nearly completed. Construction work has been going on for about three years — that work reportedly cost Jordan $7.6 million. The three acres on which the home was built were bought by Jordan for $4.8 million. Simple arithmetic values the property at $12.4 million total.

The expansive structure has eleven bedrooms and a theater room with a special ventilation system that’s perfect for cigar-loving Jordan. Other amenities include a guesthouse, a pool house, and a guard house — the proud owner of six NBA championship rings will want for nothing in his new abode, that’s for sure!

Jordan’s Jupiter home represents his induction into the town’s exclusive Bear’s Club community, famous for its sprawling golf course. That must have been an important selling point for Jordan as the famous shooting guard is now an avid golfer. Other athletes living nearby include Tiger Woods, Keegan Bradley, and Dustin Johnson. No doubt Jordan will fit right in. And if he doesn’t feel like golfing, he can always go for swim in the surrounding postcard beaches.
